Practice Information:
There will be a mandatory meeting at the first practice on Tuesday December 2nd 6:00pm. Practices will be on Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00pm-8:00pm. December - March at Stafford High School. Please enter through the back entrance of the school. Take your first right,the Wrestling room will be at the end of the hallway on the right. Wrestling shoes, mouthguard for braces, shorts (no pockets) and a tucked in T-shirt are required for the first practice (Wrestling shoes must only be put on & removed in the wrestling room).
Once you've wrestled, everything else in life is easy .
