How does the online registration work?First, a responsible party (typically a parent) creates a primary account on the Stafford Sports and Recreation website. Once the account is created, participants (i.e. your children) are added under the primary account. Using the participant information, the primary account holder can view sports and activities that are currently available for registration.
What kind of information will I need to provide to register online? You will need to provide the same information that you would during an in-person registration. This includes your contact information, participant information and emergency contact information.
Does it cost anything to set up an account? No. Creating an account is free. There are registration fees for some sports and activities but those are the same as in-person registration fees. There are no additional fees for registering online.
Can I pay online? It depends. Some activities allow online payment and some do not. If available, you will be presented with the ability to pay online when you register.
Do I have to pay when I register? No. You can always log into your account later and pay. You can also provide payment to the coach and/or activity director in lieu of paying online. Payment procedures vary from activity to activity so check for specific instructions when you register.
What forms of payment are accepted online?VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
If I register in-person, can I still pay online?Right not online payment (where available) is only an option for individuals who register online.
